Degpeg
A multichannel livestreaming platform
Degpeg is a multichannel livestreaming platform enabling global content creators and brands to broadcast across 30+ social platforms. Beyond streaming, it empowers creators, advertisers, and businesses—from e-commerce to education—to monetize content, engage audiences, and drive sales in real-time.
Our mission was bold:
👉 Transform livestreaming from just a content medium into a business engine for creators and brands.
As the lead designer, I worked across three strategic phases to redesign, optimize, and elevate Degpeg’s user experience for both B2B and B2C audiences.

Phase 1 : Redesigning the Dashboard for Scale & Action
🎯 The Challenge
The original dashboard wasn’t built for scale:
Key actions like “Start Stream” or “Add Product” were buried under secondary menus.
The interface struggled to handle large datasets, making it inefficient for power users.
The information hierarchy lacked clarity, causing decision paralysis.
➡️ My task: Revamp the entire dashboard UI/UX to improve usability, prioritize business-critical actions, and support high-volume streaming data.
📝 My Approach
✅ Mapped user journeys for core personas: content creators, brand managers, advertisers
✅ Identified high-frequency workflows: viewing analytics, adding channels, uploading shoppable videos, managing product sales
✅ Conducted UI audits → benchmarked against other SaaS dashboards (StreamYard, Restream, Shopify Live)
I focused on:
Clear primary CTAs upfront (Start Stream, Add Product, View Sales)
Modular card-based layout to scale across datasets
Unified navigation for streams + product management → seamless switching
📲 Phase 2: Optimizing the B2B Mobile App for On-the-Go Sellers
As Degpeg prepared to relaunch its mobile app for B2B clients, I was tasked with:
Optimizing user flows for on-the-go product sellers and stream managers
Making the app developer-friendly for faster builds
Addressing usability pain points reported by the product manager
📝 My Approach
✅ Conducted usability reviews of the beta app alongside the product manager
✅ Identified friction in flows: product upload, stream linking, analytics overview
✅ Streamlined 4 critical flows into 2-step processes
I delivered:
High-fidelity wireframes prioritizing speed and clarity
Component-based design system → accelerated developer handoff
Tap-optimized interactions for one-handed use
Phase 3: Revamping the Live TV Webpage for Better Discovery
🎯 The Challenge
Degpeg’s Live TV webpage—where consumers discover and watch livestreams—was underperforming:
High bounce rates
Poor discoverability of live vs. upcoming streams
Lacked user-centric features to retain and convert visitors
Collaborating with the product manager, sales, and marketing teams, my goal was to:
👉 Redesign the webpage to improve discoverability, engagement, and conversion while aligning with brand monetization goals.
💥 The Impact
✅ Reduced bounce rate by 18% post-launch
✅ Increased click-to-stream conversion by 27%
✅ Enabled sales team to secure 2 new sponsorship partnerships using the improved showcase
👉 “We finally have a platform that’s easy to watch, easy to shop, and easy to pitch to sponsors.” — Marketing Lead, Degpeg
By combining user insights with business goals, the new Live TV webpage positioned Degpeg as a more engaging destination for livestream content—and commerce.
